Typical Training Schedule:
Here is our "typical" training schedule for 2012 (regular season). Note that the day and time may change from week-to-week. For this week's specific schedule, click here.
- Monday: Group Swim (Washington Park at 6:30 PM)
- Tuesday: Short/Tempo Run (Buckhead at 6:30 PM)
- Wednesday: Spin Classes (Adamsville Natatorium at 6:00 PM or 7:15 PM)
- Thursday: Tempo Bike/Track Intervals (6:15 PM)
- Friday: Endurance Swim (on your own)
- Saturday: Long Run (Piedmont Park & other running trails in Atlanta) – 8:00 AM
- Sunday: Long Bike Ride/BRICK (Cartersville, & other locations) – 8:00 AM
ALL Memberships Include:
- Group training sessions led by USAT, USATF, USAC, and AFAA certified coaches
- Detailed day-by-day training schedules for “Target” Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, & Full Ironman triathlons

Run-only Program Includes:
- Tuesday Night Group Run (Buckhead) — 12 MONTHS
- Weekend Long Run (Piedmont Park & other running trails) — 12 MONTHS
- Thursday Track Workouts (Anderson Park) — JAN-MARCH, JULY-SEPT
- Lactic Threshold Field Tests (running)
Swim-only Program Includes:
- UNLIMITED access to all City of Atlanta indoor pools (4 year-round indoor pools and multiple outdoor summer-time pools) and access to two full weight rooms!!
- Monday Night Group Swim (Washington Park) — 12 MONTHS
- Friday Eveving Group Swim (Pittman Pool) — JUNE & JULY
- Weekend Open Water Swim (twice/month) — APRIL-SEPT
Bike-only Program Includes:
- Wednesay Evening Spin Classes (Adamsville Natatorium) — YEAR ROUND
- Thursday Evening Group Rides (various locations) — APRIL-JUNE
- Weekend Long Rides (various locations) — APRIL-SEPTEMBER
- Weekend Hands-On Transition Clinics & Tire Changing Clinics
- Lactic Threshold Field Tests (cycling)
