February 20 – February 26

Monday (02/20) – Group swim at the Washington Park Natatorium. The group swim will START at 6:30 pm. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the swim.

Tuesday (02/21) – Group run at the Road Runner Sports Store in Buckhead (3756 Roswell Rd. NE – Suite 16, Atlanta, GA 30342). This run will START at 6:30 pm. REFLECTIVE VESTS ARE MANDATORY!!  You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the run.

Wednesday (02/22) – Spin Classes (6:00-7:00 PM and 7:15-8:15 PM) at Adamsville Natatorium.  Members who reserve a bike on the discussion forum (under Wednesday Night Spin Sessions) will be guaranteed a spot in the class. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the class. Bring a towel and two water bottles.

Thursday (02/23) – Group track workout at Anderson Park (100 Anderson Avenue, NW, Atlanta, GA 30314).  This workout will START at 6:15 pm. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the workout.

Saturday (02/25) – Group run at Piedmont Park (inside Park near corner of 10th Street and Charles Allen Drive). All pace groups will START at 8:00 am. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the run.

February 13 – February 19

You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the class. Bring a towel, two water bottles, and your HR monitor.
